Chambered Paulownia Retro Single fin

When you cross an item off your bucket list… This video is the realization of a childhood dream: build a surfboard from scratch and surf it.
It is a 70’s inspired retro single fin (6’10” x 21 ½ ’ x 2 ¾ ‘), hence the artwork from this era (a few exceptions aside) to follow the same theme guitar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PLvuwpvc4M) and skateboard (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-JWeianrZE&t=5s) I built before.
I used mostly paulownia but also Western red cedar and meranti to add a bit of contrast.
Enjoy!
